Rescue Centre Collection Service (UK Mainland Only)
With energy costs rising, the number of requests we receive to take in fish at our rescue centre has increased significantly. To help fish keepers across the UK, we have introduced a new livestock collection service.
If you have fish or other aquatic livestock that you would like to rehome, but our rescue centre in Hull is too far to reach by road, we can now arrange safe courier collection directly from your home.
How the Process Works

Purchase a Shipping Kit
Choose the size and quantity of shipping kits you require:-

Next-Day Delivery
Your shipping kit will be delivered to your home the next day. -
Prepare Your Fish
Each kit contains everything needed to safely pack your livestock:-
Fish bags

Elastic bands
-
Foil blanket
-
Live fish labels
-
Heat packs
The only item you will need to provide is tape to seal the box once packed.

Book Your Collection
Let us know your preferred collection date. Our courier partner DX will collect the package from your home. -
Courier Collection
Collections are available Monday to Thursday each week.
The driver will bring the printed label, so no printing or technical setup is required. -
Delivery to the Rescue Centre
Your livestock will be delivered safely to our rescue centre in Hull.
