Overview:
The Kujaku Butterfly Koi is a stunning ornamental koi known for its metallic white body, bold reticulated patterning, and long flowing fins. Its elegant appearance and graceful swimming make it a striking centerpiece for outdoor ponds.

Origin:
Developed in Japan through selective breeding of metallic koi varieties, the Kujaku Butterfly combines traditional koi beauty with long-finned elegance.

Feeding:
Omnivorous. Feed a high-quality koi pellet supplemented with occasional treats such as vegetables, shrimp, or wheat-germ-based foods. Feed 1–2 times daily during warmer months.

Tank / Pond Mates:
Peaceful and social. Best kept with other koi or similarly sized, non-aggressive pond fish such as goldfish.

Temperament / Aggression:
Very peaceful and non-aggressive. Suitable for community ponds.

Experience Level:
Beginner to advanced. Hardy and adaptable, but requires adequate pond space and good water quality.
