It is named for its variable <strong data-start=\"431\" data-end=\"469\">yellow, brown, or black coloration<\/strong> often marked with small <strong data-start=\"494\" data-end=\"517\">white or dark spots<\/strong>. Growing to around <strong data-start=\"537\" data-end=\"564\">15\u201317 cm (6\u20136.5 inches)<\/strong> in length, <em data-start=\"576\" data-end=\"585\">H. kuda<\/em> is hardy, adaptable, and suitable for dedicated seahorse aquariums.
