Growing to about <strong data-start=\"398\" data-end=\"421\">12\u201313 cm (5 inches)<\/strong>, it is one of the larger chromis species. Active and hardy, it adds movement and a unique splash of warm colour to community aquariums. Like many chromis, it does best in groups, though it is more assertive than the smaller Indo-Pacific species.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"671\" data-end=\"687\"><strong data-start=\"675\" data-end=\"685\">Origin<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"688\" data-end=\"936\">Found throughout the <strong data-start=\"709\" data-end=\"743\">Western Atlantic and Caribbean<\/strong>, including Florida, the Bahamas, and down into the Lesser Antilles.
