Colonies typically grow in <strong data-start=\"604\" data-end=\"628\">thin, whorled plates<\/strong> with vibrant colour combinations such as <strong data-start=\"670\" data-end=\"710\">green, red, orange, purple, and blue<\/strong>, often accented with contrasting fluorescent eyes.
