It is highly active, constantly sifting through sand for food<\/strong>, making it both functional and visually engaging in reef aquariums.<\/p>\n

Origin:<\/strong>
Native to the Indo-Pacific<\/strong>, commonly found in sandy lagoon areas and reef slopes<\/strong>, where it forms burrows in sandy substrates<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Feeding:<\/strong>
Carnivorous \u2013 feeds on small invertebrates and micro-crustaceans in the sand<\/strong>. In aquariums, it accepts frozen mysis shrimp, finely chopped seafood, and sinking micro-pellets<\/strong>. Regular feeding ensures proper nutrition and natural sand-sifting behavior.<\/p>\n
