Native to the Western Pacific, particularly around Indonesia, the Philippines, and Papua New Guinea, Halichoeres cyanocephalus<\/em> inhabits shallow coral reefs and sandy lagoons, where it forages among rubble for small crustaceans.<\/p>\n
