The Marbled Scorpionfish is a compact and beautifully patterned ambush predator, displaying mottled shades of red, brown, and cream that provide exceptional camouflage among rocks and corals. Origin<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Found throughout the Indo-Pacific region, Scorpaenodes<\/em> species inhabit rocky reefs, coral rubble, and crevices where they remain motionless, blending perfectly into their surroundings while waiting to ambush prey.<\/p>\n

Feeding<\/strong><\/h4>\n
